One Year Anniversary of William A. Graber, MD, PC Utica Office

William A. Graber, MD, PC celebrates the one-year anniversary of its brand new Utica office in New York. This past year has imparted us with exciting new achievements and healthier patients whose lives we were fortunate enough to help change for the positive.
This week marks a year since we officially opened the doors to our newly renovated location in Utica. The grand opening ceremony was ‘grand’ in every sense of the word. Utica Mayor Rob Palmieri and CEO of MVHS Scott Perra helped our surgeons cut the ribbon for our beautiful new home.
Not too far from our old New Hartford office, our Utica office has state-of-the-art facilities in a far more spacious building. The extra space has allowed us to expand access for both pre and post-operative patients, and has expansive room exclusively for educational seminars and medical/nutritional visits.
One of our recent and proudest achievements was our program associated accreditation at both the Utica and Syracuse locations. William A. Graber, MD, PC’s programs at both St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, NY and Mohawk Valley Health System in Utica, NY have been designated as Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) accredited centers. The MBSAQIP standards ensure that weight loss surgery patients receive a multidisciplinary program, not just a surgical procedure, which improves patient outcomes and long-term success. We are proud to be MBSAQIP accredited centers and proud of all the hard work our staff and affiliates do in the office, the operating room, and the hospitals alike- great work everyone!
